Our Lead Team

NATALIE SHAW

CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
Nat has over 25 years experience in delivering marketing & media strategies for national & international companies in Australia, NZ & the US. A tech entrepreneur and co-founder of training and marketing companies, she is skilled in the development of multi layered marketing and media strategies that get brands noticed and achieve results. From Marketing Manager of the North Queensland Cowboys to training teams and franchisees in the Harvey Norman Group, Nat is passionate about ensuring client side outcomes and customer service delivery and experience at every level.

MATT CHAPMAN

GROUP NETWORK MANAGER
Matt Chapman has worked in Regional Australia for the past 20 years, starting his media career on the Central Coast of NSW. During this period he worked for Nova Entertainment and launched Star 1045 on the Central Coast. After 5 years Matt was head hunted to Townsville as the General Sales Manager, staying in Townsville for 11 years, having multiple roles, General Manager, North QLD Sales Director, North QLD GM, and the most recent position of State Manager for QLD/NT for Grant Broadcasters which he held for 10 years. In March 2024, Matt joined yomconnect as the Group Network Manager and Growth, bringing his Regional Business knowledge to Yom and starting the new journey with us.

OLIVIA SCOPELLITI

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Olivia is a highly experienced Specialist in operations & customer research, with a proven track record of success working with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment, retail, and political sectors. She has worked on a range of marketing & customer research and engagement initiatives with Hollywood studios in the USA including Sony Pictures Entertainment & Universal Studios. As well as, some of Australia's biggest retailers, including Harvey Norman Australia, Colette, and Beyond Home Entertainment. Olivia has also worked with Australian Actress and Singer Natalie Bassingthwaighte, helping to launch her ChiKhi Clothing brand, and led research campaigns for federal MPs of Major Australian Federal Political Parties.

GREG CHAMBERLAIN

STRATEGIST
Greg is a veteran strategic marketer and respected industry thinker and influencer. He has led the strategic media and marketing planning for some of Australia’s leading brands such as Michael Hill Jeweller, Village Roadshow, Virgin Aust, Suncorp as well as Yahoo and Nine Entertainment Group. Greg is an advocate for evidence based strategies, creativity and marketing integrity.

SILVIA ARPASOVA

HEAD OF SEARCH & PERFORMANCE
Silvia has a wealth of experience, with an impressive 17-year track record in paid search & performance. She has successfully navigated diverse verticals and managed accounts for renowned clients such as TSB Bank, Hyundai, and HP. Silvia's achievements include receiving a prestigious UK industry award for her work on McDonald's and spearheading the Google agency transition for Volkswagen UK. She’s equally comfortable in performance marketing and numbers as she is in leading and training teams.

RONELLE VILJOEN

HEAD OF PERFORMANCE SOCIAL
Ronelle is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in Digital Performance and Social Media Marketing. With a proven track record of success, she has spearheaded digital transformations for global brands such as National Instruments, De'Longhi, Kenwood, and Braun, catapulting them into the digital realm within the South African market. A finalist in the prestigious Women in Digital National Awards 2023: Digital Marketer of the Year category, Ronelle is dedicated to harnessing the power of digital platforms to drive outstanding results. Her impressive portfolio boasts collaborations with esteemed brands like Donut King, Brumby's Bakery, and Crust Pizza. From her impactful tenure at De'Longhi to her invaluable contributions at yomconnect, Ronelle continues to solidify her reputation as an industry powerhouse.

KAREN KWAN

HEAD OF PROGRAMMATIC TRADING
With 17+ years of APAC-focused digital media experience in client and campaign management, Karen excels in operations and client services. She began her agency career in digital media planning and buying, specializing in programmatic advertising and technology. As one of the early pioneers in programmatic media, she led Operations and Programmatic Trading for APAC at Xaxis for 5 years. Karen then worked with Essence on APAC accounts for Google and led Matterkind in Singapore before relocating to Brisbane. She was a finalist in the Technology Leader category at Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Women Leading Change Awards.

KENNETH LOPEZ

DATA ANALYST
From engineering to data analytics, Kenneth has carved a unique career path driven by his passion for data and problem-solving. As a Data Analyst at yomconnect, he leverages his analytical skills and project management experience to extract valuable insights and guide strategic decisions. Kenneth's engineering background has sharpened his keen eye for detail and data-driven mindset, which he now applies to drive impactful outcomes.

KEGAN HILL

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
With 17 years of extensive marketing experience in both agency and corporate settings, Kegan has consistently excelled in propelling brand growth and building enduring customer connections across diverse industries. As a dedicated and seasoned marketer, his motivation lies in constructing and reinforcing brands, utilising his expertise to deliver tangible results. Kegan advocates for true collaboration between the agency and clients, aiming for the best possible outcomes for all involved.

KRIS MCFARLANE

GROWTH MANAGER
Kris is an experienced media leader in the New Zealand market, with over 20+ years of experience across traditional and digital channels with a solid understanding of the roles of media for clients objectives. Kris has also launched and managed a number of TV Programmes in New Zealand delivering integrated solutions to brands with over 300 episodes of TV content to his credit. Kris has also worked on multimedia campaigns for international brands across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore and America which he was the lead in the implementation of the campaigns.

JACEY OCTIGAN

PARTNERSHIPS AND BUSINESS GROWTH
Jacey has over 25 years experience across marketing, digital advertising, sponsorship, strategy and events. She approaches client outcomes and objectives from all angles to ascertain the best approach in developing and managing strategic and tactical plans to help build businesses and achieve their targets. With an extensive history managing major events, she approaches every client with an outside the box thinking and a creative slant. Jacey has developed and delivered multi layered and integrated marketing solutions for a large number of organisations. She has a deep understanding of the daily challenges faced having worked closely with major brands in her roles in sport, not-for-profit and digital marketing.

KAYLEE REID

SENIOR DESIGNER
Kaylee has a talent for creating compelling designs across various platforms, including organic and paid social media, websites, EDMs, presentations, and print media. Her expertise contributes significantly to the development of comprehensive brand identities, ensuring that visual elements resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and foster brand success. Throughout her 10+ years in the field, Kaylee has come to believe in the power of design to create meaningful connections, and she is always exploring new ways to innovate and inspire through her work.
